Tech guy wasted my time and money
Computer showed it needs an update for Windows. Never had a problem before to take it to branch at Highveld Mall. Today the guy (not the that we find there normally) told us he need to bring proof of payment. I said other guy normally look number up. I said my son must go back to pta. He said he can also do it in pta. I asked if I bring the proof of payment will he be able to assist us today. He said if I bring proof, he will call and get number for upgrade. 30+ km further and time wasted, when we provide him with the proof, we get told he can only book it in. Maybe Sizwe needs to learn English and make sure he understands what he has be told. Then I get the famous word to cover up when you sh...t it up --- sorry. Sorry Sizwe, does not replace my time and petrol. Go sit somewhere else, you steal company money!!! You cant do your job!!!

Ordered TV online 29/11/19. Tried weeks to return. Still not refund 21/01/20
I ordered a TV online on 29/12/19. Tried weeks to return (call centre did not answer, no reply to email). Finally they collected 09/01/20 after numerous calls and weeks wasted on phone. As at 21/01/20, l still can't get refund as V&A Waterfront store where they sent TV to has 'not processed return number". Shocking service. Will never order form them again and am telling friends not to either. Brandon and Nicole at call centre are trying to help but they are getting nowhere. Order #********

Parcel not delivered. No answer from email or customer care line
Maybe someone out there will answer
me. I purchased an item online on the 29th November 2019 which I have still not received, order no ********. I’ve email website orders 5 times with no response. I’ve tried the call center number no one answers. I even went into somerset west mall store well that was a waste of time. Can anyone give me an answer or should I revert to social media?

We bought a TV online 3 weeks ago. Your website says delivery within 2 to 5 working days. It's now 10 days later and no delivery. Your customer care Centre is useless as nobody answers the phone. I tried the online chat and spoke to somebody named Brandon. He proved as useless as your customer care Centre by lodging a complaint and promising a "favorable response within 24 hours" which, as expected, didn't happen. HOW DO YOU ALL MANAGE TO BE SO INCREDIBLY USELESS????? I WANT MY TV!!!!! I doubt I'll receive any response to this complaint, further proving my point that you are all useless! However, if somebody over there happens to be less useless than the rest of you, I would like a manager to contact me!

BAD BAD SERVICE
I went to Kempton Park Incredible store to apply for a cellphone contract,everything went well until I was phoned by a sale rep that she made a mistake with an application,the one she applied for didn't come with a voucher and she promised to fix it or apply for a new one for me otherwise I must bring back the voucher?I've been waiting for the verdict since,and one day I got a miss call from her and couldn't return her call,after some days Vodacom billed me again and as it is I'm still waiting for the answer.
While on that with the voucher I got I wanted to buy online with it and deposited the difference as was told it does work online,only to find out that when I phoned their customer service to follow my purchase was told that's not possible,for several days I phoned,phone hung up on my ear as the consultant couldn't understand what I was saying(meaning I'm illiterate)got hold of the supervisor who apologized and promised to sort this out as I now wanted my refund cause I fought a losing battle,it was on the 23rd September when I sent them my proof of payment and i'm still waiting till today to be refunded,took this matter to their Facebook page was contacted and once more banking details were requested on the 8th October 2019,STILL WAITING

Next time choose a different store
I purchased a laptop from Tygervalley mall Incredible connection on 30 April 2019. 2 Weeks later an update ran and my son, not knowing he had to restart, did a shutdown after it reached 100%, the hour being late and him being sleepy. As a result, it wouldn't restart the next morning. I called the store and the manager told me they did not cover software issues under the warranty. Imagine my dismay, having to spend more money after having saved for so long to be able to afford a laptop for my son who had just started university, as well as being a single parent. I think Incredible connection could have assisted me with my 2-week old Asus. I will never support this store again, my family, colleagues and friends were as appalled at the poor service I received.

Unsatisfactory and Unacceptable treatment.
We bought a new Canon MB2740 printer on 28 December 2017 from Incredible Connection at Whale Coast Mall in Hermanus - serial number: AELJ********
On the till slip it states that the printer has a one year warranty.
The printer was returned on 17 July 2018 and replaced with a new Canon MB2740 printer - serial number: AELJ********

The replacement printer (serial number: AELJ********) has now also started giving us problems. First it the printing quality was affected, even though we use the proper ink cartridges prescribed for the printer and now the printer does not want to print at all.

We took the printer in to Incredible Connection at Whale Coast Mall in Hermanus on 03 April 2019 to have a look at the reason why the printer does not want to print and if they can maybe see if there was still a piece of paper stuck in the printer. The technician did everything we did at the office to try and fix the problem. We were told that he is not allowed to open the printer and that the printer needs to be send away to be fixed but on our cost because the printer was not under warranty anymore. This came as a shock because we have only been using the replacement printer since July 2018. We were then told that the replacement printer (serial number AELJ********) falls under the warranty of the original printer (serial number AELJ********) that was purchased on 28 December 2017. This fact was never communicated to us when we receipt the replacement printer in July 2018 and is it not that each product has its own warranty. According to Canon’s website they place a one year warranty on all their products.

According to our understanding each product has its own warranty. Meaning that the printer bought (serial number: AELJ********) on 28 December 2017 was warranted until 28 December 2018 but this printer was then replaced on 17 July 2018 with a new printer (serial number: AELJ********). So the replacement printer should in effect be warranted from 17 July 2018 up until 17 July 2019. This indicates that we are still in our one year warranty with the replacement printer and should in affect be assisted by repairing or replacing this printer at no cost.

We still have the till slip of the original purchase of the printer with serial number: AELJ******** and a photo graph of the box that the replacement printer came in.

Our interaction with Incredible Connection at Whale Coast Mall in Hermanus in store regarding our problems with our Canon MB2740 printer - serial number: AELJ******** was unsatisfactory and disrespectful, we feel that more could have been done in store to assist with our problem. Our questions was not answered sufficiently and the technician proceeded to help other customers while we still wanted more assistance and answers. We also noticed that the technician did not look up any records regarding our transaction from the original purchase to receiving the replacement printer even though he needed information regarding the replacement of the original printer.

Our interaction with the manager of Incredible Connection at Whale Coast Mall in Hermanus over the telephone regarding our problems with our Canon MB2740 printer - serial number: AELJ******** was unsatisfactory and unacceptable, our questions was not answered in an appropriate manner.

MAERUA MALL / bad service
A PLAYSTATION 4 (N$ 5 599.99) WAS KEPT FOR ME, WANTS TO BUY THIS WITH A CANON CAMERA, YESTERDAY WHEN I GOT THERE PLAYSTATION WAS SOLD. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER HAS A SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM, PROMISED MY SON HE WILL IT BY FRIDAY, I HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH YOU, ALSO HAD AN ACCOUNT PREVIOUSLY, PAID UP.

Saleslady was also not were helpful, Manager said he will call me today to find/order another one. No feedback as of yet.My husband wants to contact the media.

Record level super bad service
You delivered a broken computer and now I can't get anyone to help me with this. I only get robotic answers which does not solve the problem and you claim that none of your managers have telephone numbers or email addresses. I want to speak to a real person that are willing to help me. And this should not take a few days. It should be one phone call and then I'm transferred to someone that can solve the problem.

I saw a Sinotec 32-inch (80cm) HD LED TV-STL 32W4 on special on your website, I then phoned the store to check the availability and they confirmed they have but not on a special price. How possible is that?
