PROCUREMENT:
The procurement process is one of sourcing and managing materials or services in order to complete a project. JSD interiors will purchase products on your behalf; negotiate pricing, timing, tracking, delivery and product inspection.

• Budget review
• Preparation of all purchase orders
• FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) purchasing
• Tracking and expediting of all items being purchased
• Delivery That is On-time and According to Plan
• Supervision of installation of all purchased items
• Follow up with vendors for any product not up to standards established
• Maintaining relationships with vendors/third parties
• Quality Control

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
No matter the scale of the project, project co-ordination and management will ensure that all elements of a design happen timeously and to the best possible quality. It is JSD’s responsibility to communicate and accomplish your wants and needs whist making sure everything runs professionally through design, procurement, and installation.

• Overall planned project coordination with specific focus on time, cost and quality.
• Organizing, scheduling and checking deliveries of materials (fittings, fixtures, finishes, goods)
• Improving efficiency by managing contractors and subcontractors to make sure they are on site and completing their specific jobs to the best quality, on time and on budget.
• Sourcing furniture, finishes & fixtures, tradespeople, goods and obtaining quotations on various aspects of the project.
• Manage tradespeople (builders, specialist kitchen companies, shop fitters, subcontractors, etc).
• Being on site regularly to oversee and manage tradespeople and make sure they are doing what was in the plan, and to resolve any issues that may crop up.
