Kitchen cacinets

Our Kitchen cabinet interiors are manufactured using 'A' grade melamine materials only. All the exposed panels on the kitchen cupboards would be the material of the clients choice. For example should you want a timber kitchen the exposed panels would be the timber of your choice. Sprayed MDF (supa-wood) is a popular choice as it can be sprayed any colour and can also be repaired in the event of scratches or even minor water damage. Exposed panels will never have screws or any unsightly fastenings visible to the eye.
All edges have PVC edging adhered to them by the use of a hot-melt edging machine.
NO NAILS OR STAPLES. Only glue, screws and furniture fittings are permitted in our factory.
We do not stick to standard sizes as a rule. These are custom made kitchens, so if your walls are odd sizes we manufacture the kitchen to fit. Some kitchen accessories only come in standard sizes like drawer inserts for instance, we would therefore make the drawers standard and change other units to accommodate the walls. We do not like to put fillers in to make up for odd sizes.
All the shelves are adjustable for your convenience and also to facilitate easy removal should that be necessary.
The carcasses are mounted on plastic legs for water damage protection.
