About the product
On-boarding, also known as organisational socialisation, refers to the mechanism through which new employees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to become effective organisational members and insiders.
This process encompasses three assessments and three coaching sessions conducted over a 9-month period to ensure that the chosen candidate effectively integrates in their new position.
The chosen candidate will conduct the online assessment, after which a coaching session will commence on an arranged time and date. Each candidate will receive a report for development purposes and to ensure their wellbeing is looked after.
