Microsoft Project workshop hosted by Higher Dimensions Learning Institute on the 03 – 04 March 2020 and 06 – 07 May 2020 at HB Connect Conference Centre - Sandton, Johannesburg.
Microsoft Project is a project management software program developed and sold by Microsoft which is designed to assist project managers and anybody who finds themselves frequently engaged in the planning and execution of tasks designed to improve in their particular area, department or teams. They will find it a considerable advantage to be able to complete such tasks efficiently, timely, and comprehensively as possible.
After this training, you will learn to create project plans, track timelines, baselines, tasks, and resources of a project, understand the project life cycle to setting up and refining schedules analysing costs allocating resources and tracking progress etc..
