Detail:Areas to travel to: Zambia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. This position involves extensive travel and the successful candidate must be willing to be away from home for extended periods of time. The role will involve managing a diverse team of 3-4 sales representatives across South Africa.

Key responsibilities:

- Aggressively grow sales in all the markets we cover.
- Collaborate with and manage a team of 3-4 sales representatives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- High energy level with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including cross-border travel to various African countries.
- Industry experience a must (Automotive/Parts)

Salary:

The base salary starts at R 45,000 plus commission, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
