- 3 years experience in Hydraulic Sales


Responsibilities:

- Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers to generate new business.

- Make telephone calls and in-person visits to customers.

- Demonstrate products to customers and assist them in their selection.

- Coordinate sales enquiries and resolve customer complaints.

- Develop a call schedule for assigned territory/area.

- Provide reports on call results and customer needs.

- Keep abreast with new products, market conditions, and customers' needs.

- Analyze customers, market, competitors, pricing strategies to improve turnover and market opportunities.

- Participate in trade shows and conventions.

- Prepare detailed quotes for customers.

- Present pricing, discounts, credit, and terms.

- Provide accurate information on the availability of products.

- Prepare sales orders and increase sales by cross-selling, up-selling, and promoting.

- Stay updated on new products and customer preferences by attending internal meetings and trainings.
