Review Very bad service & communication

I purchased a keyword from Digital Online Electronics,& they referred the delivery to a company called South Express Courier, who then demanded I first pay R1950 for insurance before they deliver.I've dealt with several online companies & never paid the courier service for insurance,also Mike who handles the orders never made me aware of this company's insurance policy conduct with the courier service they provide..
I've been forced to cancel my order with them.I'm hoping they will pay back my money, after experiencing there weak business ethics.
Please anybody who wants to do business with this company be carefull,they are not ethical in there way of doing business & once they have your money, they hardly keep in contact with you.
