Review Bad customer service, Cardies Gateway

I recently visited your Gateway store and I am very disappointed with the Customer Service I received. The staff are rude and unhelpful (Michelle and Nikita). They had a "don't care attitude." The customer service that you provide will either make or break your business and Cardies Gateway needs to drastically improve the service they provide. We should strive to always provide wrold class customer service since it is what makes customers come back time and time again. However I will not visit the Gateway branch again until the staff learns to be polite and not lie to customers! I am most disappointed with the service I received, I've never been this disappointed with Cardies before.
