Please can you assist as I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving
I have placed my online order 9 working days ago and still haven’t received my microwave.
Each time I log on to track my order there is a problem with the tracking and I must call in to find out what is happening. This is becoming ridiculous!!!
Please can I find out where my order is and when will it be delivered as this is wasting my time and I will complain further about this.
I paid for my order and now I’m chasing it. this is not acceptable. I should be informed about it not constantly call to find out where it is.
Next time i will think twice about ordering online.
