The Board further attends to community outreach, provincial partnerships, and corporate relationships. The Board also oversees the day-to-day administration, project management, and financial management of NICDAM. The project management teams are supported by a national office in Centurion, Gauteng which is fully furnished with electronic and communication equipment. Well-trained, highly skilled permanent administrative staff component provide administrative support needed to execute projects successfully. This office is further supported by provincial offices in the Western Cape, Limpopo, North West, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Kwazulu-Natal.
