Having been in the trade portal and international e-trade technologies for the past ten years and in IT since 1985, I can offer a range of solutions and services pertaining to the subject of e-trade and e-commerce, and have a host of connections as well as access to some of the latest technologies available. I have been been a founding member of one of South Africa’s most prominent portals, Tradeworld (www.tradeworld.net) and have contributed to the analysis, design, project management and development of a number of others, such as the Cape Trade e-Business Solution specification, the Gauteng Economic Development Agency (GEDA)’s Trade Promotional Site, soon to be launched nationally; as well as a number of smaller e-trade web sites that was custom developed hand-in-hand with a Global Trade Management System.
