218 Sovereign Quay is a loft apartment which is open-plan in an L-shape with no separate bedrooms. There is a double bed, two single beds and a sleeper couch. The loft apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. There is double security and one needs a security scanner to enter the building from the street, as well as a security scanner to enter each floor. Air phones open the entrance to the building as well as to the second floor. There is a 24 hour security guard on duty outside the building. Underground parking is available at extra cost, otherwise street parking is available. The loft has a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, hot plate, microwave, kettle and toaster.
