Beware of Jack Wellsted. I and many others have been caught up in the shenanigans of this company. I refer you to hellopeter.com. Do your homework when choosing a moving company and use someone under the PMA. My move has been one big fight with J&W and have eventually had to use someone else. Now I'm trying to get my refund!

I am currently in the UK in a home without furniture all because JW will not pay the UK company for their services. So my goods are held in the UK storage and I am having to buy new items. The UK company are being really nice about it and have explained how many emails and phone calls they have made to JW without reply or success. I would recommend anyone to avoid this company - they dont do what they promise.

Took my goods and left them in storage for 6 months, then finally admitted that they couldn't send them to Switzerland. Once I had retrieved my goods and sent them to a reputable company, Jack Wellsted's company director assured me I would have a full refund. Still no sign of my money. They do not respond to any mail, (including my attorneys letter) or telephone calls.
Extremely dishonest and I would say fraudulent company. You do business with them at your peril.

Paid the full amount for shipping my furniture from Cape Town to Melbourne but it was send to Brisbane and Jack Wellsted refuses to pay the company in Brisbane to release the clients containers.
