Overloading of passengers. 20-21 passengers
Everyday bosmont taxi association taxi drivers overload their taxis. This frustrating due to Covid and social distancing issue that is not being adhered to. They have no rwgard to the passengers and are rude if you tell them that they are wrong. This needs to stop

Unhappy passages
To whom it may concern.
Me as a regular clients at bosmont taxi association is very unhappy with this shitty service iam getting especially with covid spreading so heavily. As you can see in the picture attached, people don't even wear masks and it's healthy overloaded. This is not right and it's not only one driver. Is all the drivers at the bosmont taxi association /Florida, shoprite rank. Registration number DJ 57 FW GPa

What about servicing the people. Commuters have to build their schedule around the taxi service! And drivers that have degrees in education and none in customer service.
