Good day may I be contacted I need to make an arrangement for my credit card,I have called for 3following days but no one has picked up the phone yet and I have lost my airtime for just listening to the music hoping someone will pick up.

Bankcol and I had an agreement to make sure that my nedbank account was paid, of which was fully paid. I dealt with Mandy Hattingh, which has left the company, and promised I would have my letter by January 2013. I am still waiting. I have called, left messages, asked for someone to call me back. Today I get hold of ANDREW who answers the call and tells me the following "You are making your problems mine, you have to wait to get the information, it is not my job, I am doing someone a favour" Then, he puts the phone down after wanting to speak to his manager Charlene, and tells me to wait, mutes me and tells me that my number has been sent to someone to help me, and disconnects the phone. A customer that is so concerned that things might get out of hand if Mandy, did not do what was promised, was the most rude Customer Service, and dropping of calls I have ever heard. Nedbank and the Ombudsman will hear from me, this is truly a disgusting service that Nedbank renders from Bankcol.
