Fitting of upper ball joint arms, left and right for a jeep.The jeep payed there for 2 days and on the first day we came to pick it up at 6,thats when they only started the job, so it payed there all day and they just attended to other customers who drove in.On the second day was the same thing,everything was rush rush. They stripped parts of the engine to get to the ball joints and replaced the engine pipes wrong. When we got home with the jeep on investigating why water was pouring out, we noticed they had a pipe twisted on the fan and the fan cut a hole in the pipe we sealed up the pipe temporarily.As it was late in the evening we had to travel back to Underberg.We stopped at garage to fill up and check water, all was good,after the Marian hill toll jeep just lost power and started smoking. We stopped and seems there was a smaller pipe blown under the turbo pipe.The jeep was running fine before they messed with the engine. That was not what the jeep was taken in for. So after replacing ball joints we ended up with a blown motor, we had to be towed to Underberg. These guys are such bad news and they came highly recommended by a family friend who dealt with them years ago, but seems this young Indian male running the shop is just arrogant and we fought with them endlessly during the process cos they also left the jeep doors open and killed the battery, and offered no help to boost it, we had to run up and down.To the owners of Rap Tyres you cannot just let anyone run your shop, this has cost us thousands. Even for the flat battery they refused to take responsibility. So I guess the only way to go with this is the legal route. There was not a pleasant thing about this service. They showed in competency throughout and every time I called or msgd them complaining they found it rude,and still defended themselves.
