I am still waiting for me refund after cancelling my flight which was scheduled in March 2017 due to emergency surgery. I paid the full amount in August 2016. After 4 months, so no refund!!! The operator blames the airlines, the supplier, etc.
Who pays the interest that I have lost on that money??

I have had a gripe with your Greenstone Branch.Have been dealing with Samantha Jordan!!!!!! and yes she did reply to our problem that we were not happy with. Requested S.A. director of Flight Centre's email address on 12/5/17 it is now the 17/5/17 no reply as yet !!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unhappy with service
I have had query with Flight centre since March 2016 for my flight in December 2016
I have phoned them on a number of occasions and gone to see them personally
They keep on telling me that they will get back to me today.
Seven months have passed and I still have not had a direct answer
