Purchased a Glog on 27/11/2015. Still in store at JJ wapens in Ermelo/ Admin advised me they will sort out everything, even after my question of what about police station, they said not to worry. I advised them that I am in the area for 2 weeks plse contact me if needed. Was never contacted again until I enquired about the progress of the licence 3 month later.Nothing at all was done. It was lying in a drawer. Now it was couriered to me same day and I had to run around and apply for the licence which the gun laws have changed in the mean time. You cannot apply for both compancy and licence at once. Needles to say with all other mistakes on the documents I still do not have a licence on the 13/10/2017 and the gun licencing department has now cancelled my application. So gues what? I have to start all over again.

I must however compliment the rest of the sales and other staff. Always helpfull and friendly. That is why I puchased the gun in that shop.
