Been trying to call the branch for 2 days now. Awaiting assistance for 10 mins + to no avail.
And I do have to say, I’ve been to absa and was extremely surprised with how efficiently the bank is run.
Seriously considering moving all my accounts to another bank. Pathetic bank. Rude staff, especially a white lady who was and always rude toward Indian and African people. I’ve been hearing many many complaints about her and I am yet to get her name. Disgusted.

Horrible
Couldn,t give me a loan, the same loan was financed by another bank with half the surity, 2 people spent 3 weeks collecting the info and giving it through wrongly, The woman was very incompotent and couldn,t even understand what we needed her to do. This bank is in trouble people not gonna last long if you have seen whats going on on the inside. took away all accounts with this bank
