Company description
Part of the Netcare Primary Care Division, Medicross was established in 1993 and is the largest private primary healthcare network in South Africa. We provide primary healthcare to over 2 million patients every year in our dedicated Medicross medical and dental centres, Primecure medical and dental centres, as well as through independent practices across eight provinces.

We also provide sub-acute and rehabilitation care, preventative healthcare and disease management. Virtual consultations are available to facilitate conversations between patients and healthcare professionals where in-person visits are difficult.

Arrived at 9:45 on a Thursday for a 10:00 appointment which had been booked the previous Tuesday, doctor was able to see me at 11:30. Came again on a Monday at 13:30 for a 14:00 appointment and receptionist placed other files before ours although appointment had been booked for 14:00 3 days in advance. Facilities are Rather small and cues are long. The waiting rooms are rather closed in causing a claustrophobic feeling amongst the various coughing and spluttering patients forced to sit close together or even stand. Dr Müller is a blessing to this clinic and the only reason my rating has any stars. Not recommendable
