Scammers
I just want to know why did they deduct my money from my bank while they give me a free 1 week gym. You guys are scam your deserve to close. I fucken hate you.

Horrible Gym
The premium of this gym keeps increasing every month but the air conditioners have not worked at the Sandton signature and the Wedge branch in weeks, very hazardous to peoples health. Rude staff. horrible gym would not recommend

WORST GYM EVER
Never recieved an email to state that my contract is coming to an end... they still charged me and threatened me with their lawyers. Phoned them over 30 times, sent 15 emails with no confirmation of cancellation.

Disappointed With PF
In January 2021 I canceled my daughter's membership at Fourways Planet Fitness, and stopped the debit order. My daughter wants to rejoin the gym, and we are told there is an amount of R2000 outstanding on the account. You can imagine my horror when hearing this. The call center agents are not interested in trying to assist, all they say is there is nothing they can do, I must just pay.
Why must I pay for a membership that was never used, and that a termination letter was handed in at the branch.
Very disappointing.
When you ask to speak to a manager you are told they either busy or unavailable.????????

I've tried to get the cancellation finalised since 2020, but without luck. I've sent various emails and had several calls as well where I've stated my case, but no one came back with an answer as to how this will be resolved. You're handing over accounts to every Tom, Dick and Harry and accumulate fees, but nothing gets resolved. Your customer service is extremely poor, not poor, just non-existing. Your incompetence to finalise and rectify issues is really excellent.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
I cancelled my membership in November 2021 and my account is still getting debited - i send numerous emails and there is no assistance. i am being harassed by sms to pay for a membership that i cancelled. i am frustrated and annoyed - i paid my gym fees on time until my contract lapsed and now it is such a struggle to cancel it.

CANCELLATION
I have cancelled my membership on 20 August 2020 via email notice as advised by Planet Fitness client services. To my horror I discovered in December 2021 that the contract was never cancelled and the debit order amount of R534.34 was deducted from my account every month!

Be very carefull if you consider joining Planet Fitness, you might end up finding it very difficult to terminate membership and always check your account. Planet Fitness deducted a double premium in December 2021, that,s how I picked up the mistake. The excuse you will be given is that they never received the email, but really.. that just dont stick.

I cancelled back in 2019 through email and was approved it was supposed to be free because I canceled few days after joining but last year December I received a call from attorneys saying my account was handed over to them I haven't been paying my account I'm confused how because I have even forgotten about planetfiness that was 3 years back when I canceled

Debiting more than the agreed amount
I'm disappointed with planet fitness. I took a cheaper payment plan because I'm a student. You are supposed to take R199 from my account. Now you're taking R229 exactly on the 25th? What kind of criminal activity is that. I even want to block and cancel my membership I can't be having this.

Cancellation
I cancelled the membership due to the closing branch march this 2021 and now someone calls me and tells me that my account is active how is that possible, I don't even workout since they renovating, and it was inconvenient for me to go else where that's why I cancelled the membership. I was clear about cancellation.

Incompetence
I signed up with PF last year, I was helped by an employee who clearly can't follow certain procedures as to confirming personal details with a client, had to go through this certain procedure 3 times due to "poor internet connectivity", where only 2 out of the 3 times did he confirm my details correctly, the third he didnt even bother to show me if everything was correct, basically all that he got right was my first name and cellphone number, besides that my debit order details were taken incorrectly and now i have been arguing for the past few months with their Lawyers/ Debt collectors..... My question is WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S INCOMPETENCE!!!!
In these times, i most definitely cannot afford what the are asking me to pay
