Hi my name is Nashlee I would like to ask if they can please reverse a debit order because the debit order was supposed to go off only on the 25 of next month July
Good Day i have tried to call more than 10 times in the pass days i have paid my account up to date i do require a paid up letter it seems i cant get hold of nobody there and to confirm i am no longer on the credit bereus.

Good Afternoon. On 8 June 2015 I sent a email to your offices through ansie.greeff@creditworx.co.za making a humble request that in future all the installments of R100 each for the 5 accounts I am paying be deducted on the last day of the month - reason being that I have since retired from Public Service and as a result I no longer get my pay on 15th. Suprisingly you have deducted the money today. Can you please refund these installments and start deducting them on month end of June onwards ?
