The worst mistake I've ever made
I purchased a bed online from Bradlows and they never delivered on the agreed upon date, they kept giving me runarounds that I ended canceling the order and requesting a refund. But I still get calls from delivery people asking me when they can deliver while I've had endless calls to customer service about my refund. Nobody knows anything, seems like there's no communication between warehouse/delivery and customer service. It's been exactly a month and nobody is saying anything about my refund meanwhile I still get SMSs telling me when my bed will be delivered. I have decided to take it further!!!!!

BRADLOWS IN PROMINADE BAD SERVICE
I made a 12 months laybye of Avatar lounge suite, payed the last installment in the be beginning of May. They said they gonna deliver after a week, still waiting. excuses after excuses

Bad service
I bought couches last year and one with a hole on them and the other had a stich out, they took them for repairs for a full month only for them to come back not repaired now we a giving the run around bradlows Trade route Mall bad service never again

Extremely bad service
Never ever try to order things online with bradlows, im stuck here with no order, account cancelled without my knowledge. You have to make follow up by yourself, no update, actually there's nothing they do you have to call them every day then they will promise to help

Bad service and why do you have a Complain system
Good day, this is my 3 attempt to get the attention of this complaint, Bought a bed at Bradlows in August 2021, this is the second time I have to exchange the bed, and guess what now you just wait till they decide to help to change the bed when you apply for credit they are to quickly to do the deal but when you want to return the bad goods that were supplied then everyone is like dead and not assisting you, why do you have a complained line are they not following up on your complaint they can not even tell you how long your complaint will take. Never ever will I buy anything from Bradlows. this query is being in progress from the 13 May 2022

Bad service
Hi I bought my fridge in December on the second day after they deliver I notice that the water dispenser is licking so I've decide to take out the water and leave the water dispenser empty and I called the sales lady and report the mater on top of that my thing in the top fridge are getting frozen eg lettuce, cucumbers and spinach .still today I did not get any assistance I even go to the manager he told me he cant do any thing he hv to wait for hisense consultant to come to my house . Till today I'm so frustrated I'm thinking of opening a case now I've waited for two month with our getting any help. I'm in Queenstown my contact number 074 764 3940

My account is settled but bradlows sell the file to debt company
I have paid up my account with bradlows last year 2021..August..this year whe I check my credit profile some debt company called me and say they bought that account from bradlows and I owe them ******** wich I didn't owe i have a settlement letter with me , now iam blacklisted by that company, I have tried calling Jd complaints department, but till no one is helping me

Terrible mistake buying at bradlows
I brought bedroom suite on 2018 in fully amount but i haven't received it yet,I went to secunda store where I brought the bedroom and they said they cancelled my transactions nd they can't find me on their system while I have proof of payment and they never contacted me for cancellation and now the price of bedroom is increased so they want me to add/pay more money to get it.what a crazy store!!

I bought A Fridge and Stove for a pensioner i have been waiting for 9 days for a delivery up until today, tomorrow its Christmas day and people must suffer and use woods to cook on a Christmas day, im really pissed off and annoyed with the service im getting at Bradlows, im never buying anything in this store ever.

Poorest of the poor service
,I just recently bought dining table and chairs at bradlows east gate Johannesburg, I paid cash including delivery that was suppose to be in eastern cape, they told me it’s best if I pay for delivery so that the people from their warehouse can also assemble the staff on delivery, today the 5th of December table and chairs were delivered but the guys delivered they didn’t assemble and said someone will come from Idutywa to assemble that time there’s no bradlows in Idutywa but butterworth, remember when they delivered my mother was there as planned now I’m calling east gate to find out why the guys didn’t assemble the lady that answered told me if my mother signed for delivery it is our problem not ours off which the only thing they told me while I was purchasing is that the guys will assemble when they deliver , whenever I talk to people from east gate they get annoyed since even the delivery took longer than expected.. sales person who was helping is Genius Sibanda which he never even call to inform me after I bought the staff I was the one making followups his manager Libon promised to take care of everything until delivery which I was the one calling, I really need your help as I cannot afford to have damaged staff which I paid 20k for
