The organisational structure has dictated over the years that Transman runs a centralised management function with all major responsibilities converging at our Head Office in Parktown, Johannesburg.
The National Executive Team, together with our CEO, provides ongoing support and assistance in a number of disciplines to both Clients and all levels of staff. They are responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate Policies and Procedures while ensuring compliance to both these and South African Law in all its aspects, to ensure operating systems within Branches/Franchises are benchmarked and nationally compatible.
