Useless and beyond I Rate them zero
I have been going to the UIF offices every month since Sept 2020 and they keep saying the money will be paid in on time. The last time the Uif officer from previous months recognized my face and knew I have been complaining not getting paid. He said they behind and I will get payment on time. Well, another week had gone by. I think they either wait for the day to go by and hope nobody will ask them anything or they just utterly useless and dont know how to actually work. I was sitting there and looking how the staff works and their attitude towards people claiming UIF. They clearly dont care! One guy in room 4 was on his cellphone 30 mins while I was waiting. Not looking at or touching any paperwork. Who is paying him to sit and chat on phone? They take average 20minutes to help 1 person. They say they dont take more than 40 people in per day. Outside there is a row of at least over 100 people. I cant make up the sums. The files are piling up in the offices. What happened to speed up the process or getting paid per complete file without errors. Beyond crap I say. They dont deserve their positions at the UIF offices and should be replaced with faster working people that actually knoes how to earn a salary. Wonder if they will also one day stand in the claims row? Feel how it feels.

Service is shit
All I want is my online login details, so I can do my own Uif submission for payment. And I've been waiting in line for a total of 6 hours (in Nigel)... Getting the run around from the security who are useless and have no idea what they are talking about and I still havent been assisted. The service is pathetic.... UIF is supposed to be a value added service for a person, not an extra headache.
