Birchleigh North Clinic - Kempton park

I went there on the 30/11/2021 I arrived there at 8:30 am, waited on the queue outside from 8:40 till 11:30, I went inside and 12:15 that's they opened a file for me and 12:45 we were told to go outside cz they fumigating, also they will give tablets outside, so my question to the other was that what you don't just need tablets you also need to be checked, she just told me then you can come back tomorrow or get tablets, I went to another nurse ask for a referral at least to go the hospital cz the pains I'm experiencing I can't take them anymore, she first said with the bored face come back tomorrow, I told her again I need a referral cz I'm in pains, she said you could've have in the morning, like I couldn't understand cz I didn't wake up with a pain how could I go to the clinic without pain. All I'm saying I left there in pains cannot walk or site proper without any help. Their service really shocked me. Very poor

Hie my chid muziwethu ndhlovu was supposed to come for 3 years 6 months on 13 january but he is at home and they forgot his clinical card . Can i reschedule till he is back

What must i bring if it's my first time coming there?
