VERY BAD
My helper went there today, and when she came home, she cannot tell me exactly what is wrong with her, and she does not have a DR's letter, for me so see what is wrong. When I phoned them to confirm, if it is a bug or mumps, they can't tell me either. I have a disabled child at home, and needs to know what is wrong and what bug's we are exposed to. I AM REALLY AGRY as my child and my family is at riks as we don't know what is wrong. They don't give a Dr's letter unless asked. Does this mean unpaid leave, or will the clinic pay her for those days. PATHETIC. She left 6h30 this morning and only got back 1h45. How does it take this long for a Dr to see her???

Professional treatment , friendly staff , very clean facility . It was a pleasure to visit
We found the service very professional and all the staff treat every patient with respect . The Facility is very clean and neat . We received excellent treatment and all went the extra mile to assist and inform us.
This was indeed a pleasant experience and we thank each and everybody for the attitude and wonderful service . God Bless-

Worst service ihave ever received, after being given a ticket number iIwas told to sit and wait for my ticket number to be called. Two hours later my number was called only to be told that they can not help me without my file, a file that was supposed to be given to me upon reporting at reception. Two hours of my time that i had to take off from work and still not have anyone attend to my sick daughter. I had to leave the clinic with a sick child and no medical care what so ever.

I was at the Rooihuiskraal,Centurion municipal clinic today with my 69 yr. old uncle and was shocked at how he was treated by the white nurses. He has reoccurring sinusitis that really makes him feel ill and she was short off, uncaring and rude.
I on the other hand was treated by one of the black nurses and what a pleasure. She was friendly, helpful and considerate.

When I was done I met up with my uncle at the pharmacy counter (he had walked up to the counter expecting to hand in his card and then to wait in the queue) and again the WHITE nurse behind the counter ordered, " Sit there!"

Just because he is an elderly, spry and white English speaking South African is it right treat him so? Where is the respect due to him due to his age or is it just because he isn't an Afrikaner?

Later he remarked that this incident took him back 30 years to the days when Afrikaaners ruled supreme and were allowed to treat English-speaking South Africans in this way.

If this is how they treat their patients, PLEASE can we have more friendly black nurses?

Hi, I have experienced the same treatment twice already at the same clinic, the white nurses are so rude and racists. The even make "white patients" skip queues. They don't give black people medicine but only to white patients. Disgusting Clinic I tell you.

My sister was at the clinic this morning and she is so upset as the doctor who helped her was so unfriendly and rude. My sister was in the waiting room and just peak to see if the doctor was in her office. She then returned to reception(waiting area) to be called. Once they called her the doctor did not greet her and actually told her that her sugar is again high and she is not going to give her a repeat. My sister then explain and said to the doctor but the manner in how the doctor treat her is not welcome. Sounds like this place and the doctors there should be investigate as this clinic is just useless and not up to standard as a medical facility. Will for sure bring this under the correct medical body to investigate.
