How do I cancel my subscription to Cape Times and The Argus?

My Subs for 2016/2017 ended on 6 May 2017. I normally renew my subs for a year at a time, however in April one your Reps. phoned me with an offer to renew my subs. for 6 months, on a monthly basis at no additional cost, included in this offer was a free Home & Garden magazine for the 6mth period. To date I am in the 6th month and have not received a single magazine. Notwithstanding assurances from your Representative that my subs would remain unchanged, this never happened as after the third month you had the audacity to increase my monthly subs by 10%.
