Instructions by 2 people not followed to tow vehicle to repair shop but instead taken to their yard. Rip off in terms of charging R7000 for towing 4km and storage extra. Holding vehicle ransom and will not release. Number plates have already been removed as vehicle arrived in yard. Made a 90 year old man sign contract under duress.
