Northern Funerals - Polokwane

We bought 2 tombstones for our parents at northern funerals Polokwane branch .. the tombstones were okay except for the erecting of them , they look skew . I tried to speak to the branch but the lady at reception by the name of Phinah was soo rude and didn't want to hear me . all I want is for them to come and fix the poor work done .

I bought tombstone for my brother at northern funerals at Zebediela, Moletlane branch was delivered and installed but they've combine tops with cement instead of proper clue now all parts are in pieces and I've reported a matter to them since February 2017 till now nothing has happened and I phone them every month.
