Same problem as previous review is this company a scam or just sloppy service

Hi, we're you able to get your EFT reversed? I just fell into the same trap and am trying everything to get this guy down.

Order a Nikon D5200 bundle from company.
Non delivery. Courier requested additional money for delivery.
Got in contact with company querying the courier request. Was advised to pay the extra as that is how they operate. Refused and requested a refund. No refund and trying to contact company is fruitless
