Focus 21 - Boksburg

Focus 21 is a focus group and training facility that has been designed with flexibility in mind, providing a comfortable and modern space to address the needs of clients, moderators and participants alike. Although purpose built specifically for the market research industry, the rooms and facilities provide an excellent venue for mediation, arbitration, negotiation and conciliation, as well as disciplinary hearings or small training sessions and workshops.


DISCUSSION ROOMS

Our two discussion rooms can accommodate between 8 and 12 participants. Whether organised in formal boardroom-style seating, a classroom set-up, or a more relaxed ‘living room’ approach, the venue is flexible to suit your needs.

VIEWING ROOMS

Our viewing rooms are connected to the discussion rooms with one-way viewing glass and can accommodate up to 6 attendees.

The technology and comfortable environment allow the attendees to observe and record the discussion with ease.

Our venue is accessible to wheelchair users and has ample secure, off-street parking. A waiting area with a sign-in station, seating and refreshments is adjacent to the rooms, creating a space for participants to relax before and between sessions. The ‘break away’ courtyard offers another area for participants to gather and enjoy some fresh air.


CATERING

To ensure a comfortable and welcome environment, tea, coffee and water are provided as standard. Customised catering will be provided if required.
