I have the same problem my order was suppose to be delivered on the 24 April 2017 and since then could not reach anyone on the site. My emails are being ignored and the number given for the driver goes straight to voice mail.

I would like to know what is going on

I m also victim of loosing money. Money is huge. Oled tv 65 inch worth ******** nd I paid the amt.
What should b our next step. Did u file any police complaint.
How we can get back our money.
Can anybody help me.
I lost all my hard earned money.pls guys.
This company is a big cheat.

Monday morning I received this communication from the driver, "Good Morning,
please be advised that your product has been rescheduled for delivery to be on 11th April 2017, time 2pm"

Today being Wednesday 13 April I received this communication, "the courier services failed to deliver your order FESL********, they were involved in a very fatal accident on their way travelling to your destination on Friday."

I suspect they are scamming people or just very bad service.

We are in crisis right now due to the fact that is not only your product that was in the truck, we have many customers in our neck. We really acknowledge the fact that it is a bad service and we are trying as much as we can to solve this issue, please guys be patient with us.

Week two, no money or package. When I do get my money back I will reply to this. Finding out your driver was in an accident 5 days after the very fatal accident...

we have ordered and payed for a drone more than a week back. They said the delivery truck will be here in pretoria on Friday and gave us the number for the driver. And quess what the number dont work at all. Then struggeling to get a hold of this company for a few days the driver was in an accident but according to them he was almost at the dropping point... ?? Well we are in the new week more and they said they will send a new one because the send one got broken in the accident. we wanted our money back buy now there is still no answer. This is really bad service and we want our full refund back in 24 hours !! we are waiting more than 10 days for our delivery.

@Jucques Holmes, please let me know what the status is of your order and what drone you ordered from them, as i wanted to order from them as well, i wanted to order the Mavic pro, and a laptop, this is not a chance a person would want to take caue its alot of money, if its a scam.

Today is the 18th April 2017. I ordered my drone on the 3rd April 2017. Order number FESL********. You said stock will arrive on Friday 14th April 2017. Still no call or email after that. The phones don't get answered, what is going on?

Unfortunately, it appears that I have fallen victim to the same. I paid for an order on the 18th April. Same story on my side. No goods, and apparently goods were going to be delivered by Geofry. Impossible to get hold of anybody.
This company seems to be a scam.

Hi guys.let's us take this people to task. I ordered for oled tv nd paid zar ********. But I also got the same mssg that driver met with a fatal accident. All phones r going to voice mail. Can we group together nd file a police complaint. This is the only way we can get back our money. I think we should have taken extra precaution before purchasing. But things have happened we can't do anything. Only thing left is we have to try our best to get back our amt. I think never exists. No Warehouse nothing in East London.They must be operating from some other country by just opening a website nd using the Sims of South Africa.pls email me in bsvijay73@gmail.com
