Question for Nimble Collection Services (Pty) Ltd (Nimble Group)

According to Compuscan Nimble is tracing me. I have not received any correspondence to this effect. I have tried to call the number 021 ******** to no avail. What is the reason for me being traced? This is affecting my credit profile poorly.
