Question for Woolworths Head Office Cape Town, Contact Number, Address

Why does woolworths hardly have any sugar free or nearly no food for diabetics? I see gluten free and vegan, etc. but virtually nothing that is sugar free? There are millions of diabetics in south Africa and they are hardly ever catered for!
