No after hours contact
We bought a KD Smart electric wheelchair and soon after it arrived the joystick gave problems and we received very efficient service from Larry Smith in getting it changed. But my complaint is that there is no contact number for after hour problems which arise with it. The first time I was able to sort out the problem by adjusting the freewheel clutch but this time it is electronic and gives a fault code not listed in the manual. Now Saturday afternoon and my wife needs it working on Monday. Very frustrated!!!

I have had very good response from both Manfred and Larry who have kept me updated on the situation. I am just concerned that the chair is not quite a tough for travel as it is made out to be.
