Dissatisfaction with Service
I would like to voice out my dissatisfaction with the service I have recently received at Multi choice. I had my service suspended 3 times in a space of a month yet having paid my monthly instalment. I was told to send proof of payment and even after doing so , it was suspended and every time I had to call and speak to a different agent. I feel as a longtime paying customer I wasn't fairly treated and its embarrassing to have you service suspended yet having paid your account.
