RUDE SERVICE
So its totally understandable that Fridays through the weekend are a hectic period for fast food outlets, I think we all are tired once the week catches up with you. I called pizza hut pmb and their lines were down. As far as I know, no restuarant would decline customers especially if it's a call and collect order. Moving on, I proceeded to call liberty mall service who then asked pizza hut to call me back. When the counter returned my call, she was already hyped up and rude about how busy they were and that "delivery" would take 2 hours. Before I could even explain that I was not asking for a delivery, she already indirectly tried to entice me into not placing an order. She proceeded to say that my order would still take up to an hour. I had no issue with this given that i was willing to wait knowing that Fridays are a busy evening for the outlet. She simply seemed rude and just intolerable. As a human being one should treat everyone with respect irrespective of the job title you hold. While I may not individually give Pizza Hut PMB their monthly gross profit, it is customers as a collective who keep you in business. Treat everyone with dignity and respect..its that simple.
