I Placed an order with Incredible connection on the 19 of Jan 2022.
I received my items I drips and draps, with very poor communication delivery status, even on the online system.
From 3rd of Feb had to following up continually with the call center and I even logged a formal complaint (# ********) as the online system was not reflecting the status of my order and all my items were not delivered.
I had received the incorrect item in my delivery the week before.
The Richards bay branch then contacted me on the 5th of Feb – they were packing my order and expediting delivery due to the delay.
Yet again I received the incorrect items.
I have been liaising with the inline team-Matsoele, Kelumetse since then.
A Whole month has passed and I have not received my order!
On the 23rd – I was advised that the units are being sent directly from the supplier after I followed up with the online team and they required my available, of which I did respond.
Today is the 9th of March and I sent a follow up email yesterday to the online team to advise me accordingly, till now I have not received any feedback!
This is extremely POOR service!
There is no customer care at all!
It really painful dealing with you guys, no feedback , no interest what soever.
This was my first time ordering from you guys, and NEVER again will I want to go through this !
