Review of Vodacom:Vodacom Repairs:Eastgate, Shopping Centre (L36), Lower Level

Good Day I am very disappointed with service from this store. I have made 4 trips to have a LG G 4 phone repaired. I was promised by supervisor Zinhle that the phone would be delivered to me once repair is done ,received sms yesterday to say phone can be collected but as yet no contact from her even after sending 2 mails and trying to call the store. No answer of phone by store since yesterday.Paid R 2500 for repair plus R57.00 for technician to identify fault and fault detection was incorrect and repair was not done properly . Poor service from staff and management. 0 rating Please donot use this stote
