PATHETIC Customer Service
If I could give -5 stars i would. I had never had such bad service experience as at Incredible Connections Paarl mall. I visited the branch on Wednesday 24 Nov 2021 and completed all necessary documents to apply for a contract and a labtop worth R14 999. The consultant, Lyle said that they could not complete the application because the manager was not available to assist. Arrangements were made that they would submit the application the following day (Thursday,25 Nov) and would then contact me to come in for the final vetting. I haven't heard from them the entire Thursday and also nothing on Friday (today). I tried phoning the branch numerous times with no answer. I took off early from my work (today) to went all the way back to the branch. The consultant,Lyle,first told me that he did phone me. I told him that I have been waiting for 2 days and did not get a call from anyone and I also couldnt reach them on the landline for the last two days. Lyle said that they didn't answer their phones because they were too "busy" (there were not even 1 customer in the shop at that time 16:45). I then asked Lyle if we could just finish the vetting to finalise everything. Lyle's response was " Unfortunately we cant assist now because the manager was yet again not available and maybe tomorrow "!!!!!
This service is PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WAISTED all my time on Wednesday to come in and complete qll the forms. They did not even bother to contact me the following day, as promised and still was not able (or willing) to assist me futher.. The consultant, Lyle doesn't have no experience to deliver customer service.
Incredible Connections Paarl mall have THE WORST customer service. I will make this complaint on all socail platforms known. There are way more other suppliers that sell labtops and electronics than to ever go back to Incredible Connections again!!!! PATHETIC!!!
