Poor customer service
Staff is working as if they are on a go slow and offer poor customer service to those in need and they have courtesy towards people. They must practice the batho pele principle

Hi its my first time claiming for a uif fund I need to know which documents I must have or bring and is it possible to claim it online instead of going there personally.
Good day, we have been up and down applying for for a UIF with my fiance who is on maternity leave.. were told she needs to come and sign for the last time with a birth certificate of the baby then money will be deposited within 7 working days but it already 4 months without paid, what shall we do?
Good day,
It is my 3rd month of collecting UIF and I'm supposed to go in today but heard that I can register online and need not go into the offices. It usually takes me an entire day to stand and wait just to sign a piece of paper. Can I register online?
