Poor service
Workers in port Shepstone Labour department do ot want to work .We wake up very early and get back to home with out any assistance . They help 4 people in 4 hours. They are not dedicated in their work. MANAGERS please help ... This is too serious . We are tired of this.. They instruct us to stand in wrong Queues once we get inside they send you to re queue in the right line .... They don't care about the public ... THE PUBLIC CAN TESTIFY WHAT I AM SAYING.!

I am very disappointed with the service in that place,I started applying for my maternity benefit from 13 February 2017. They do not let me know if there is a problem untill I call wich takes almost half a day to get answered because it gets ignored or put aside.

Unfortunately even if we write on this site we will get no help
but the condition there is just disgusting. You literally try to assist, I don't know how many times did I have to use my cell phone to connect them to my employer.

I started my submission for UIF form in the department that is in Prospection.They have delays saying that they have water problem with the building so they close at 12:39
My question is can I continue with the process there in Port Shepstone?
