STAY AWAY FROM ZASSTRA!!!!!!
Paid in full - order is now 3 months late with no apology. Sent countless emails and nothing is being done - SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! They take your money and don't resolve anything, can't call them and they just blame the courier service. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Worst site.. I would suggest not to buy anything
They have stolen my money.. I've ordered display from this site and paid extra money for early delivery. They failed to deliver.. I have cancelled and advised them to refund to my card.. Regardless of my concert they added it wallet balance and now it's gone.. Not available in my wallet.. When i mailed them no response... Which is worst part that I've ever seen so far.

Very very bad customer service
I ordered an item a month ago. To this date the item hasn't even been shipped. I raised series 3 weeks ago and no one hasn't answered me.I can't call them at their office either.????
What a waste of my money. I regret purchasing on Zasttra.

I ordered in February 2020 and now its June and nobody responding ad no parcel please watch this a crime and really want my money and you can't even talk to any1 to help its a very sad place i ever bought at lest other places we can talk to someone to get help ????

Ordered a part for a laptop
I ordered a part for my Dell inspiron on 26 February 2020. It is now 5 March and I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Sent emails and did not get any response

Scammers
Don't answer calls, don't reply to emails , and don't deliver product.I tried countless times to call , sent in many emails , but not one response still trying to figure a way to get through to them. Very very bad service .
