This company keeps calling and now sending SMS's to my moms phone say that she owes R********.00 something to the city of Johannesburg.
So to say she is covered by 100% Government re-bait. so how could she owe this amount. she will not acknowledge this amount because she dose not owe this amount. she is a pensioner. 82 years old with bad eyesight and bad hearing.this company cant even provide the document showing she owes this amount and why. and top of that she signature inst even on it. so where is that. she has never received a statement on this amount ever. so how can it magically appear out of no where. i am going to email 3rd degree on this and any media i can.

Credit Intel is by far the best debt collection firm, people that owe are often the people that lie about they're services. Credit Intel is just excellent at collecting debt and that is fact. Most shittiest service Collecting ilegalliy with no evidence no customer services etiquette collecting on bills where the party was not made aware of any bill! You pathetic leeches you will hear from my lawyers and your CEOs officers will be mailed within this week including Debt Collectors, ADRA and the NCA and CPA

I have never used the service of credit Intel before and I am being harassed by this company for payment. I have sent emails demanding them to stop and no one has replied. Anyways I would like the company to know that I amaware it is a scam and will not be receiving a single cent. Thank you so much and kindly remove my details from your system.

I approached Credit Intel to collect on a debt of R********. I was told during the sales period that a failure to pay by my debtor would lead to a legal stage, where he would be be served a summons. I insisted that any payment of less than 10% per month of the outstanding debt would not be acceptable to me. Now, a year later less than R2500 has been collected by them, my debt is still in the "pre-legal stage", a nice way of saying that they have done nothing but collect my monthly fee and their cut of the little money they have collected, and ignore my insistence that the "repayment schedule" was entirely unacceptable to me. Dealing with Credit Intel has been an absolute nightmare. It has cost me much more for their "service" than what they ever collected. They told my debtor that his payments of R1000 per month was acceptable, even after I told them that it was not acceptable to me at all. Their goal is to run down the clock and maximise their fees, not to help their clients. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been using Credit Intel for a few years now and they have collected over 60% of my outstanding book. Very effective service!
