Independent Shades was registered in 2010 by Grahaem Van Den Berg.
With many years of previous experience in Shade ports, Awnings and Steel Roofing (Carports), I decided to venture into the world of Shadenets independently and establish my own company, now known as Independent Shades.
Our company customizes to the client’s needs with regards to Shadeports, Carports, Awnings and Ground covers such as children’s sandpit covers.

*Our workmanship is guaranteed for three years.
*The netting we guarantee eight years and five years guarantee on the rope.
*All of the netting used is approved by the SABS and proudly manufactured in South
