Not sure their technicians know what they doing either.
Repaired phone apparently all for it to still be experiencing the problem. Phone went in flat and come out flat battery - how did they test before me collecting.
returned device - no feedback in over a week - turns out it was never booked in on the system again. When I called to follow up, my calls were not returned. called again and they returned my call the following day only of which I missed. No message left, I called again .. was told they will replace what needed replacing but I was going to lose all data - I requested they do a backup first - oh i'll find out if possible they say. Should this not have been communicated first instead of me asking for this. Should they not have first come to chat and tell me that i'd lose all info before moving forward.
communication is clearly not their strong point.
trusting my device will actually be returned in working order this time and only TWO WEEKS LATER! - total of 3 weeks in shop. Ridiculous!
