I am a registered Therapeutic Reflexologist with a special interest in pregnancy, birth and post pregnancy as well as all stress related illnesses and symptoms. Reflexology is an ancient therapy whereby the therapist applies finger pressure to reflexes on the soles of the feet. It is believed that the entire body is mapped on the soles of the feet and by stimulating the reflex points the therapist also stimulates the corresponding area/organ in the body promoting self healing should that area/organ be under stress.
