Motivation: prepare, print and binding of motivation(s).

Licence application form(s): completion of application form(s) (SAPS 271 application for firearms licence)

Competency application form: completion of competency application form (SAPS 517 application for competency certificate).

Checking of correctness of application form(s): should you have already completed your application forms yourself we can assist you in checking if all forms have been completed correctly.

Please note:
(1) No one can submit the licence application on your behalf to the SAPS,
(2) You are required to first apply for a SAPS 524 Competency certificate before you can apply for firearm licences.

On your request we will be sending you a quote and after proof of payment has been received we will then supply you with a tick list and a (Information) check list.
The info list will be with all your personal information and the tick list the documentation we will need from you. This information and documentation will be used to build a successful personalized application.
There will be no need for you to drive up and down, all you need to do is to mail all your documentation and information “info list” to us and we will compile the entire application to CFR’s specifications and requirements.
After receipt of the documentation it takes us approximately 3 days to compile the full application.
When done you will be contacted to collect or we will deliver the (book) applicationand submit as they will have to take your fingerprints at the SAPS. (DFO)
We will also do regular followups at CFR Please note that you will need 4-6 color id photos.
Additional Information:
1. Please note that you will need a Proficiency Certificate and Statement of Results, if you do not have competency as yet. - This can be obtained from the training centre after you have done your training.
2. You will need an SAPS 271 Application form and SAPS 350a - this will be provided by the dealer where you purchased your firearm.
3. Should you need more info on gun shops where you can purchase your firearms, please do not hesitate to contact me.
